Declaration of Trust	£150.00 +(£30.00 VAT)
Deed of Variation	£750.00 +(£150.00 VAT)

Disbursements

When buying or selling a property, there are always charges that we have to pay on your behalf to third parties such as management companies/local authorities/Land Registry.  These are called “Disbursements” and may include;

Leasehold properties
Managing agents pack for leasehold sales	These can range from £75.00 – £450.00
Servicing notice and certificates of compliance for leasehold purchases	These can range from £10 to £300.

Introductory Fees

We have financial arrangements with some introducers but we absorb these costs and do not pass them onto our clients.
